The Spirit of Beacon Day is Open for Vendor and Parade Applications!
Organizations, schools, non-profits and businesses interested in participating in this year’s celebration can now apply. Applicants will reviewed to ensure they meet Spirit’s guidelines and requirements, and then send a letter of confirmation.
Parade
Groups from Beacon can participate in the parade. Please see our guidelines before applying.
Vendor Tables
Vendor Tables are reserved for non-profits, organizations, school groups, and businesses providing food. There is a tiered application process. Please see the deadlines listed on the application page. You will need a temporary food permit from Dutchess County if you are selling food. Details on how to secure that are on the application page.
Sponsors
Sponsorships for the Spirit of Beacon Day are open and include different benefits for each level. Businesses who want to represent at a table can do so by selecting the top level of sponsorship, our “Beacon of Light” level.
