Spirit of Beacon 2025 Vendor Tables Announced
The 2025 Spirit of Beacon Vendor Tables have been released! Look for some new vendors and activities this year. We organized it a little differently so that you can flow through the organizations as groups. This list is organized by block - one side of the street is in the left column, and the other side of the street is in the right column. Come hungry, because there are delicious food vendors participating.
Thank you for your patience and support—we’re excited to welcome you to this Sunday’s 48th Spirit of Beacon Day celebration! The weather looks great, and we’re set for a successful event.
This year, vendor placement will be organized a bit differently:
South side of Main Street = odd numbers
North side of Main Street = even numbers
Day-of Details
Setup: 9:00 am – 10:30 am (Main Street must be cleared before the opening ceremony begins).
Event Hours: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm. Vendors are expected to remain set up until 5:00 pm.
Check-In: Please check in at the Spirit of Beacon table next to the main stage at Veterans’ Place.
John Galloway (Spirit Board Member) will be your vendor point person. After check-in, he and volunteers will guide you to your space.
Additional Notes
A vendor map is being finalized by our graphic designer and will be shared once complete. Please also note the street intersections listed on the Excel sheet—they’re a good indicator of your general location.
If you need electricity, are serving food and haven’t contacted the Dutchess County Health Department, don’t see your business name listed (or notice a misspelling), or have any other questions, please contact us as soon as possible.
