We weren’t allowed to hang it across Main Street anymore, so Key Food Beacon generously offered their roof to hang it. Now people are asking about the date! Their wheels are turning!

PlaymakerUPumas have signed on as a top level Beacon of Light Sponsor of the Spirit of Beacon Day 2022! PlaymakerUPumas is a basketball program run from the gym inside of the Old Beacon High School (now known as the KUBE Art Center owned by Ethan Cohen the art collector, not the film director).

Kids who participate in PlaymakerU’s program love it, and attend camp in the summer. The Spirit of Beacon really appreciates their support and attempts to reach the young people in this area.
