spirit of beacon table registration form

Dear Community Organization,

Join us on Sunday, September 29th (rain date Oct 6th) for the 42nd annual Spirit of Beacon Day Parade and Festival on Main Street.
This year’s theme will be “Growing Together”.

To register your organization for a street table, please fill the short form below and pay the $25 fee.

Table locations will be assigned and posted on our website prior to the Day and we will send an email notifying you. The Committee will take into consideration all table locations from previous years, however we may need to make adjustments, as necessary.

Set up details for the day : Table set up 10.30 am -12 noon. (street closed off from cars 11am). Street Festival starts 12 noon. Parade marches 1pm – 2pm. Festival continues until 4pm. Table / booth sizes are approx. 10’ wide, 1 car parking space.

Will you be selling food? (If you plan to cook food on site, you will need a permit from the Department of Health : call 845 486 3404.)
